中文摘要: 随着物联网、智能穿戴设备以及无线USB技术的迅猛发展,高速率、低功耗的超宽带混沌通信技术在室内高速大容量无线通信领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本课题旨在研究超宽带混沌收发机的关键技术,探索其中超宽带混沌振荡器和超宽带可变增益放大器存在的问题和解决方案。通过研究振荡器带宽提升技术,提出一种双电感两级混沌振荡电路,实现宽频带的超宽带混沌振荡器;通过研究振荡器负载驱动能力提升技术,提出一种三电感差分混沌振荡电路,实现在50~500Ω负载条件下能够稳定振荡的超带宽混沌振荡器;通过研究放大器的宽带匹配技术,提出一种阶梯型行波传输匹配放大器,实现超宽带低噪声的可变增益放大器;在以上关键技术的研究基础之上,对混沌收发机系统进行研究和优化,最终开发出一种应用于超宽带系统的全集成混沌收发机芯片,并通过CMOS工艺流片验证上述关键技术和理论可行性。

英文摘要: With the rise of Internet of Things, wearable devices and wireless USB technology, Ultra-Wideband chaotic technology is now a promising technique with great potential in high-speed large capacity indoor wireless communication. The goal of this topic is to research the key techniques in chaotic UWB transceiver, and study the problem and solution of wideband chaotic oscillator and broadband VGA in the transceiver. 1st, this research studies the band improvement technique, proposes a dual inductor two stage chaotic oscillation circuit, realizes a wideband chaotic UWB signal source. 2nd, this research studies the load-carrying capacity improvement technique, proposes a tribe inductor differential chaotic oscillation circuit, realizes a wideband chaotic UWB signal source with load capacity between 50~500Ω. 3rd, this research studies the broadband matching technique of amplifiers, proposes a stepped traveling wave amplifier, realizes a low noise UWB VGA. Based on the research of above key techniques, this topic researches and optimizes the chaotic UWB transceiver system, designs a integrated chaotic transceiver chip for UWB system based on CMOS technology, and verifies the key theories and techniques we proposes in this research.
