中文摘要: 多孔有机骨架材料(POF)是一类通过共价键将构筑基元链接起来的有机多孔材料。其具有高比表面,高稳定性,在储能,俘碳,分子识别,拆分等方面具有潜在的应用前景。本项目在已有工作的基础上,通过对POF的结构重新设计,在芳香骨架上引入与客体小分子具有高键合能力的基团,通过合适的聚合方法构筑新的微孔芳香骨架材料。并对新型的POF进行结构及其自身孔性质的表征。之后,针对含有不同基团新型POF选择不同手性掺杂剂进行手性诱导,利用固体CD,CP MAS NMR,氮气吸附,手性液体吸附,气相色谱,高效液相色谱等手段研究其孔道的手性诱导原理与拆分能力。并利用非手性掺杂剂替换手性掺杂剂,研究其手性记忆特性,得到稳定的手性微孔粉体或者膜材料,并进一步研究其作为手性固定相及催化剂载体在手性药物拆分,手性催化等方面的应用。

英文摘要: The present project deals with synthesis of porous organic materials (POF) with ultimate goal to reach a deeper understanding of their mechanism of formation and chiral inducement of its pore or channel. POF materials are studied today and applied in many different ways and fields including but not limited to energy storage, carbon capture, molecular recognition, separation, etc. due to its high surface area, high physicochemical stability and narrow pore size distribution. Based on our previously work on the POFs, in this project, we focused on rational design of novel functional POFs which have potential high binding constant with small guest molecules and therefore the chiral POFs will be induced. The structure of novel POFs will be explored by solid state CD, CP MAS NMR, IR, TEM, its pore nature will be determined by nitrogen sorption and the binding constant between small guest and porous host will be calculated by UV, HPLC, GC titration. The mechanism of chiral inducement between chiral dopants and porous host, the intensity of the binding energy and possible chiral memory will also be revealed at the same time. Moreover, we also explore its application in chiral separation and chiral catalysis.
