中文摘要: 纳米聚集态金属有机骨架材料的合成对深入理解该材料晶化理论知识、开发该材料新的合成路线和方法等方面有重要科学意义和研究价值。因而近几年来,这方面的研究受到广泛关注,一些方法包括溶剂诱导沉淀法、微乳液法、微波法和超声法被用来合成金属有机骨架纳米晶,但这些方法因缺乏广泛应用性、合成能耗高、生产成本高以及提纯难度大等劣势而被搁浅。针对以上问题,本项目利用调制协同法,通过调变调制剂类型和用量、溶剂溶解性和极性、溶液酸碱性等因素设计制备尺寸、形貌和结构都可控的纳米聚集态金属有机骨架材料,并揭示调制剂的作用机制和晶体生长机理。此外,在纳米晶的合成基础上,利用晶种成膜法和诱导生长法制备连续致密的金属有机骨架膜,并探索膜在气体分离方面的应用。本项目不仅为纳米聚集态金属有机骨架材料的制备提供了一条崭新的途径,而且拓宽了特殊聚集态金属有机骨架材料的应用范围,有重要的学术意义。

英文摘要: Synthesis of Nanosized Metal-organic frameworks(NMOFs) materials has important research value for in-depth understanding of the theory of crystallization, the development of new synthetic routes, methods and technologies and the development of the material new applications. Therefore, the preparation of NMOFs has attracted great attention. In recent years, some strategies including the solvent-induced precipitation,microemulsion, microwave and ultrasound method were used for the preparation of metal organic framework nanocrystalline. due to the lack of universal application, high energy consumption, high production costs and the difficulty of purification, those method have been shelved.In this project, though studying the type and amount of modulator,the solubility and polarity of the solvent and the pH of the solution, the coordination modulation method are used to prepare the size, morphology and structure controlled nano-aggregation of metal organic framework materials, and the mechanism of modulator and the theory of crystallization are revealed. In addition, following the successful construction of the nanocrystals, continuous metal organic framework membrane are obtained by seeding method and surface-induced growth method; furthermore, gas separation studies are investigated on the MOF membrane.This proje
