中文摘要: 蜂产品中污染物的检测对于蜂产业的健康持续发展具有重大的意义。由于蜂产品种类的多样性以及组成的复杂性,样品制备技术已成为蜂产品痕量污染物检测中的最关键环节。本课题针对现有样品制备技术中存在的问题,采用表面分子印迹技术合成硅胶吸附材料,并结合基质固相分散方法,以期建立一种适用于蜂产品中污染物检测的样品制备新方法。本课题拟以氯霉素,四环素,以及毒死蜱等典型兽药、农药污染物作为目标检测物,设计合成印迹硅胶材料;并进一步以蜂蜜,蜂王浆,蜂胶,蜂花粉为分析对象,以合成的表面分子印迹硅胶作为固相吸附剂,系统研究并建立蜂产品中三类常见污染物的表面分子印迹-基质固相分散的样品前处理方法。同现有的蜂产品样品制备技术相比,该方法综合了表面分子印记的高选择性、高吸附量,以及基质固相分散提取与净化一步完成的简单、快速优点,有望提供一种具有高选择性,快速高效,环境友好的蜂产品污染物检测样品制备新技术。

英文摘要: Contaminants analysis in bee products is important to the continual development of apiculture. Since bee products are complex matrix, it is often necessary to apply a clean-up step in order to eliminate interfering compounds prior to analysis, and the sample preparation methods become the most important part of contaminants analysis. This project represents the first attempt of using synthesized surface imprinting (SI) silica-gel particles as selective matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) sorbents to develop a new preparation method for bee products sample. In this project, we will synthesis three surface imprinting silica-gel particles selectively adsorb common antibiotics chloramphenicol, tetracyclins, and chlorpyrifos, respectively. Then establish the MSPD procedures for the detection of contaminants in honey, royal jelly, propolis, and bee pollen. By combining high selective, high payload capacity of SI materials with simple, faster MSPD process, this new sample preparation method is expected to permit better selectivity, more sensitive and accurate, faster-speed than common liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction methods.
