中文摘要: 天然活性物质是功能食品和药品的重要物质基础,但其含量低,成分复杂,研究其分离方法具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。离子液体是国际科技前沿和研究热点,为创建新型绿色分离过程技术提供了机遇和可能。本课题以天然产物分离中浊点萃取过程为核心,研究非离子表面活性剂和离子液体构筑的浊点体系的聚集行为,界面形成机理和稳定规律。通过多种先进光谱和波谱技术,从分子水平揭示被分离物在与新型体系的相互作用本质,在此基础上提出面向天然产物浊点萃取分离的新方法。

英文摘要: Natural products are important source of functional food and drugs. However, their extraction and separation are quite difficult due their low content and complexity. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop efficient separation methods. Ionic liquid is the academic frontier of internationalscience and the hot pot of researches and it affords the opportunity and challenge for green separation processes. This project is intended to investigate the feasibility of clouding point technique for extraction and separation of bioactive natural products. The agrregation behavior, mechanism of interface formation and stability of clouding point system constructing by non-ionic surfactant and ionic liquids are studied. The interaction of target compounds and novel clouding point system are revealed through various spectral techniques. Based on those, the new methods of natural product separation will be established.
