中文摘要: 催化剂的设计包括材料组成设计和形貌结构设计等两个关键方面。在材料组成方面,金属磷酸盐微孔分子筛材料具有物理化学结构丰富,杂原子易于掺杂,择形催化和水热稳定性好等特点;在形貌结构方面,纳米管结构具有利于传质的纳米级管道结构,以及表面界面效应和限域效应,此外,这种一维纤维状结构易于交织形成具有大孔的网络状结构。因此,将分子筛材料和纳米管结构结合起来,构造具有独特纳米管道结构的金属磷酸盐微孔分子筛材料,是十分有意义的且具有挑战性的课题。 本项目主要发展通过液相软化学方法设计和合成管壁为微孔分子筛结构的金属磷酸盐纳米管材料,探索不同有机模板分子对纳米管结构和分子筛结构的诱导合成,以及材料的尺寸结构、化学组成和结构稳定性可调控的新合成路线,研究其合成规律和形成机理,以及其性能与化学组成和结构的关系,开发其在甲醇制烯烃和1,3丁二烯选择性加氢等催化反应中的应用。

英文摘要: The catalyst design includes two key aspects: the design of material composition and the design of morphology & structure. In term of material composition, metal phosphate microporous zeolite, having rich structural characteristics, physicochemicalpropertiesrich and hydrothermal stability, is used as heteroatoms doping and shape-selective catalysis; in term of morphology & structure, the nanotubular structure has the unique tubular structure in nanoscale, special surface/interface effect and confinement effect within small channels. In addition, such a one-dimensional fibrous structure can get togther and form a network-like structure with macropores. Therefore, it is a very meaningful and challenging issue to construct metal phosphate microporous zeolite with the unique nanotubular structure. In this project, we will design and construct metal phosphate nanotube materials with microporous zeolite walls by a soft chemical method. We will explore the formation of nanotube-structure and zeolite-structure induced by different kinds of organic template molecules, and a new controllable synthetic route on the size, the structure, chemical composition and structural stability of the materials.
