中文摘要: 受ICP-MS蛋白质定量分析中元素标记技术以及离子对色谱间接分析技术的启发,提出了离子对元素探针技术新概念。基于此概念,并结合液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术,尝试建立有机/无机可离子态化合物分离分析方法新体系,以大大扩展ICP-MS的应用范围,并为其他原子光谱技术进行类似的应用拓展提供技术借鉴。申请课题的主要内容涉及联用装置的建立、离子对元素探针的选择与设计以及无机/有机阴离子、无机/有机阳离子以及生物组分分析方法体系的建立,并通过深入和系统地研究分离分析过程中关键性参数对分离分析的影响以及相互间的关联性,为面向应用的新方法开发提供理论指导。申请课题同时涉及基于ICP-MS多道检测能力以及元素选择性检测特点的定量新方法开发,通过应用研究建立系列分析范例,以及对方法体系的分析性能进行系统评价,并通过初步的前期探索实验为申请课题的后续研究奠定基础

英文摘要: In this research project, a new concept of elemental ion-pairing probe technique(EIPPT) is for the first time proposed. Based on this concept, we attempt to establish a new analytical system for analysis of organic/inorganic ionic compounds by the tandem technique of HPLC-ICP-MS, for purpose of extending the application range of ICP-MS, and also for setting up examples for other analytical atomic spectrometries. The main contents of this proposed project include:1)the design and establishment of the HPLC-ICP-MS interface;2)the design and selection of proper EIPP reagents:3)the development of analytical methods for organic/inorganic anions, organic/inorganic cations, and biological components,respectively;4)through deep and systematic investigation on the key factors affecting the separation and detection, as well as their interactions, to find out the theoretical princples that helpful for guiding new method development;5)the development of new quanification methods for ion chromatography based on the multi-channel ability and the elemental-specific ability of ICP-MS detection ;6)the establishment of series of analytical application examples;7)the full evaluation of the anlytical features of the new analytical system; and finally,7)primary studies for the possible project to be continued on HPLC coupled with oth
