中文摘要: 近年来陶瓷生产中不断涌现出一些全新的装饰、制备手段(例如陶瓷喷墨打印机、微粉干混技术),这些新技术对陶瓷色料提出了粒度小于1微米,高温稳定性好,颜色鲜艳的新要求,而现有的色料生产技术很难同时满足这些要求。因此,本项目研究内容和成果包括:1)在水热条件下直接合成超细包裹型色料,研究的对象主要包括超细包裹型硫化镉、包裹型硫硒化镉色料的合成,通过研究包裹层前驱体的包覆工艺、水热环境下包覆层前驱体致密化的条件,确定合理的工艺参数,控制合成的包裹型色料的粒度,提高合成色料的发色能力,揭示水热条件下包覆层致密化的机理。;2)纳米二氧化硅包裹纳米氧化铁色料的合成,包裹型氧化铁色料的发色稳定性大幅提高;3)喷雾水解-干燥制备陶瓷喷墨用超细锆铁红陶瓷颜料的研究,制备出适合喷墨打印的超细锆铁红色料;4)多元醇法水解法制备陶瓷喷墨用超细黑色陶瓷颜料的研究,制备出适合喷墨打印的超细黑色料。

英文摘要: Recently, some new technologies of decoration and preparation have been emerging in the ceramic production, such as ceramic ink-jet printing and dry-mixing of micropowders. Some properties of the ceramic pigments, such as submicrometer particle size, high thermal stability and bright color are required to realize these techniques. However, the present production method of ceramic pigment is difficult to meet these requirements at the same time. As a result, the content and results of this research are as follows:1) the synthesis of cadmium sulfide,cadmium sulfoselenide and carbon black inclusion pigments.By studying the deoposition condition of the precursor of coating layer, the densification condition of the precursor of coating layer, the favorable experimental parameters have been determined to control the particels size and enhance the color appaerance of the pigment particles. The mechanism of the densification of the coating layer has also been clarified;2) synthesis of silica-coated Hematite nanoparticles, the color stability of Hematite has been significantly improved; 3) synthesis of Iron zircon by pyrolysis of aerosol, the color stability of Iron zircon has been significantly improved;4)Polyol-hydrolysis synthesis of ultra fine black ceramic pigment which is suitable for inkjet.
