中文摘要: 结合高端数控机床高速电主轴系统的学科热点和产业重大需求难题,以数控机床高速电主轴为对象,从高速电主轴系统运行所涉及到的多物理过程、多参量、复杂耦合关系分析入手,研究高速电主轴系统运行的非线性、负载匹配及多场耦合动力学特性等,探讨其复杂的动力学行为与其运行品质的关系,揭示影响电主轴运行品质的复杂动力学行为所涉及的基础性科学问题;探究从转子空间位姿运动规律到电主轴系统动力学行为的逆问题,提炼表征系统动力学行为的系统运行状态特征参量,获得基于电主轴动力学行为特征参量的运行品质判别方法;研究高速电主轴复杂动力学行为和运行品质实验方法及试验技术,突破高速电主轴动态加载、动态刚度实验难题,建成高速电主轴动力学行为与运行品质实验平台。预期成果能为发展高端数控机床高速电主轴提供科学理论基础、关键技术支撑和实验评价手段,有重要的学术意义和广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: Combining the discipline hotspot and the significant industrial demand of the high speed motorized spindle system of high-end CNC machine tool, this project will take CNC high speed motorized spindle as the object of study, starting with multi-physical process, multi-parameters, complex coupling relationship involved in the operation of high speed motorized spindle system, study the nonlinearity, load matching and complicated coupling dynamics characteristics of high speed motorized spindle in operation, discuss the relationship between its complicated dynamics behavior and operation quality, reveal the fundamentally scientific problems involved in the complex dynamic behavior that influence the operation quality of motorized spindle, explore the inverse problem from the rotor spatial position movement to the dynamic behavior of motorized spindle system, epurate system running state characteristic parameters which characterizing the system dynamic behavior, obtain running quality discriminant method based on the dynamic behavior characteristic parameters of motorized spindle. The experimental method and test technology of Complex dynamic behavior and operation quality of high-speed motorized spindle will be involved in research to break through the experimental problems, such as dynamic loading, dynamic stiffness in high speed motorized spindle. An experimental platform will be built to gain the dynamic behavior and operation quality of high speed motorized spindle. Expected results can provide the high-end CNC high speed motorized spindle with scientific and theoretical basis, key technology and experimental evaluation method, which have important academic significance and extensive application prospect.
