中文摘要: 舌簧自动阀广泛应用于中小型活塞式压缩机,是影响其能效和可靠性的关键部件。但在高压差、高温和高频率运动工作条件下,由于阀片运动失效(开启颤振、关闭迟滞)和断裂失效等问题,致使降低阻力损失和提高阀片寿命一直是业界技术难题。本项目针对舌簧自动阀在高温、高压差、高频率工作条件下的动态响应性及可靠性,通过基于冲击载荷的阀片动态响应特性研究,获取阀片上非均布动态载荷的分布规律和阀片运动规律,揭示阀片断裂失效和启闭运动失效过程及其影响因素。通过流经阀口非稳态流体流动特性研究,获取非稳态流体时空分布规律,揭示阀片不同位移下流体的流动趋势以及阀座结构对流动阻力损失的影响。本项目的研究不仅能揭示耦合作用下舌簧自动阀的失效机理和过程,为建立高效舌簧自动阀的设计准则及失效评定方法提供理论指导,更为自主研发在高压差、高温、高频率等苛刻环境下、具有舌簧阀特征的自动阀提供方法指导。

英文摘要: The reed valve is one of essential components in a number of piston compressors,which affects greatly the efficiency of the compressor. The reed failure of movement (i.e. vibration opening and delay closing) and fracture still exists since the vale works under the bad condition of high temperature, high pressure and high frenquency motion. This research focuses on the issues of dynamic response and reliability of the reed valve. This project investigates the valve dynamics and transient flow of the fluid through the valve. The motion of reed valve, pressure distribution on reed surface and fluid mechanics are obtained. A number factors causing failures are analyzed. The relationship between displacement of reed and tendency of fluid flow is establised.The effect of plate structure on the loss of flow through the valve is investigated.This research aims at obtaining the couple mechanics of solid and fluid of the reed valve and the failure mechanics, providing a theoretical guide for optimization design of reed valve.
