中文摘要: 本项目针对燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫投资和运行成本大、副产物难再利用、SO2排放量居高不下、难以满足国家对SO2排放要求等问题,开展纳米阵列负载活性半焦新型脱硫剂的研究,揭示制备工艺对半焦表面物理/化学性质的影响规律,以及活性组分对半焦协同催化/转化吸附脱硫的作用机理,通过新型热再生工艺实现硫的回收利用。具体研究:(1)半焦活化工艺对其表面物理、化学性质的影响规律,揭示半焦活化机理。(2)半焦改性工艺与机理研究:采用模板法与定向生长技术相结合在表面成分和结构复杂的半焦表面原位生长CeO2等纳米阵列;揭示负载工艺对半焦组成、微观结构形貌、表面物理化学性质的影响规律;通过调控工艺参数,获取最优的改性工艺路线制备新型高效脱硫剂。(3)系统研究烟气成分、温度、负载工艺对脱硫效率的影响规律,探讨活性半焦孔隙结构及不同表面活性位点对吸附过程的作用机制,揭示SO2吸附与解吸机理,为新型脱硫剂工业应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: For the present, the technology of desulfurization for the coal-fired power plant has many serious problems, such as high investment and operating costs,more solid waste. Especially it is hard to meet the emissions requirements of the government. Therefore, it is necessary to study new desulfurizer for integrating the desulfurization. This project is focus as follow: (1) The process and mechanism for the activation of semi-coke. (2)The technical of CeO2 coated on activated semi-coke by the hydrothermal process and the template method. Nano-particles and nano-array were loaded on activated semi-coke by controlling the temperature, time, concentration of liquid and pH value. Furthermore, the relationship between composion, microstructure, morphology, surface physicochemical properties and preparation technology were investigated. (3) The evaluation on the capacity and reaction mechanism of desulfurization of the compound catalyst were investigated systematically.The mechnisms of sdsorption and desorption, and concerted catalysis and collaborative redution were studied during the desulfurizer process, which established the theoretical basis for the appication of new desulfurizer.
