中文摘要: 本项目以三维微小零件精密微切削为研究背景,开展多晶体金属微切削机理研究。通过典型多晶体金属微切削实验,利用高速摄影设备观察、分析微切削过程中材料微观组织变化,研究不同切削条件下微切削过程中微结构演化规律;根据晶体塑性理论,综合考虑大应变、应变率、温度等因素,建立材料本构关系,提出能够反映晶粒大小、分布、取向以及晶界效应的数学物理模型;利用连续切片图像技术提取微观组织的几何特征参数,建立有限元分析模型;采用显式动力学算法开发用户自定义材料子程序,对金属多晶体微切削过程进行有限元仿真,分析微切削过程中的微结构演化机制,深入揭示金属微切削过程的本质特征;建立微切削力计算模型,提出微切削表面质量评价方法,为微切削工艺优化及微切削精度的提高提供理论基础。

英文摘要: The mechanism of micro-cutting will be studied under the background of 3D miniature components manufacturing. Through the cutting experiments of typical metal-polycrystalline and the changes of microstructure observed and analyzed by high-speed photography devices, the micro-structure evolution in the micro cutting process will be investigated under various cutting conditions. Based on crystal plasticity theory the constitutive equations will be deduced considering large strain, strain rate and temperature. The mathematical and physical materials model will be established further, which involves the grain sizes, distribution, orientations and grain boundaries. The FE model will be developed through geometric parameters of the microstructures obtained by series section images obtaining . The simulation of micro-cutting process will be carried out using VUMAT developed utilizing explicit algorithm, and the analyses of microstructure evolution will be performed. On the basis of the results of experiments and FE computations, the intrinsic features of micro cutting will be studied deeply. A novel micro cutting force model and quality evaluation methods for machined surface will be proposed.
