中文摘要: 本项目是信息领域的太赫兹理论与技术研究,主要开展基于固态电子的太赫兹(THz)电脉冲辐射的研究与实现。主要研究数字阶梯信号通过微分特性网络产生电脉冲辐射信号的机理。利用陡边沿信号冲激THz频段的天线,利用THz天线的微分特性,产生THz电脉冲辐射。相比传统的THz辐射技术,本项目具有结构简单、小型化、造价低等优点。 项目重点突破THz电脉冲辐射机理研究和实现的难点,将利用先进加工工艺实现电路和THz天线以及信号耦合,最终实现辐射频率0.3THz以上的电脉冲信号并完成测试。 项目前期已开展了比较充分的研究,在低频段验证了本项目思想的可行性;相关电路正在设计;THz天线已开展了设计加工,其中100GHz天线取得了理想的测试结果,1THz天线及阵列已加工正在测试。 本项目有望在国际THz领域实现一种新型THz脉冲辐射,相关技术在通信等应用领域具有独特优势,从而推动太赫兹辐射通信集成电路的发展。

英文摘要: This project study of terahertz(THz) theory and technology in the field of information.The main work is research and implementation of THz electrical pulses radiation based on solid state electronic.We will focus on the mechanism of generating electrical pulses radiation When the digital step signal through the network with differential characteristics .Using the signa with steep edge to impulse THz band antenna, using the differential characteristics of the THz antennas, can receive THz electrical pulses radiation.Compared with the traditional technology of THz radiation, the project has advantages of simple structure, miniaturization, and low cost. The project focused on overcoming difficulties in terms of research and implementation of THz electrical pulses radiation mechanism.We will use advanced processing technology to realize circuits, THz antennas and signal coupling,and ultimately, realize 0.3THz electrical pulses radiation and complete the test. Pre-project study has been carried out fully,we have verified the feasibility of the project ideas at low frequency band;related circuits is being designed;THz antenna design and processing has been carried out,100GHz antenna achieved the desired results, and 1THz antenna array has finished processing and is being tested. The project is expected to achieve a international novel THz pulse radiation in the field of THz,related technology has unique advantages in communications and other applications,thereby promoting the development of terahertz radiation and communication ICs.
