中文摘要: 基础设施网络系统是现代社会赖以生存维系的基石,开展自然灾害下基础设施系统级联失效的研究,既是国家安全的现实需要,也具有重要的实际应用价值。目前,相关研究中主要以利用复杂网络方法从结构角度研究单一网络中的灾害扩散,与利用功能模型从功能角度研究多个网络间的灾害扩散为主,将两者相结合从结构与功能角度研究自然灾害下多个关联基础设施网络组成的基础设施网络系统的级联失效研究才刚起步。 本研究拟借鉴复杂网络理论方法,综合现有基础设施网络功能模型,从结构关联、功能交互的角度建立基础设施网络关联模型,依据灾害及网络特性建立灾害在各类网络内与各网络间的扩散模型,仿真基础设施网络系统的级联失效过程,从结构改进与功能调整的角度设计灾害控制策略,以我国近年遭受的冰雪灾害为案例展开实证研究,验证研究成果的正确性。本研究不仅能丰富复杂网络理论的研究方法和内容,还能为基础设施网络系统的设计、改进 和应急管理提供依据。

英文摘要: Interdependent infrastructures are the cornerstone of modern society. The research of modeling and simulation of cascading failure of critical infrastructure system in natural disasters should be vigorously carried out. This is not only the reality need of national security, but also has important practical application value. At present, the research is mainly to take advantage of the complex network approach to study the disaster diffusion in a single infrastructure network from a structural point of view,or take advantage of the functional model approach to study the disaster diffusion among several infrastructure networks from a functional point of view.The research of cascading failure of critical infrastructure system in natural disasters, from the perspective of a combination of structure and function, is just getting started. The study proposes a model to study interdependent infrastructure networks,based on the complex network theory and the infrastructure functional model,from the perspective of the structure and function interdependence among infrastructures.According to the characteristics of natural disasters and infrastructures, a model is proposed to study the spread of natural disasters in a single infrastructure network and among infrastructure networks.
