中文摘要: 大气压力是飞机重要飞行参数,其准确性直接关系飞机安全和飞行性能,高机动性、高隐身性、大马赫数是现代先进战斗机技术的发展前沿,目前振筒式压力传感器的金属结构和体积不利于降低雷达波反射和嵌入式布置,迫切需要研制具有隐身性、小尺寸、高精度、高稳定性的新型飞机大气压力监测仪。光纤传感头不含金属成分,具有良好隐身性,很适合战斗机应用。本项目在前期研究基础上,将研制具有自主知识产权、适合飞机装备的飞机大气压力光纤传感阵列监测仪。项目将结合光纤技术和微加工技术研制新型高精度光纤压力微传感头。基于双折射宽光楔和偏振干涉解调技术研制光纤压力解调单元和算法,实现高精度、宽动态范围干涉信号解调。研究光纤压力传感多路复用和网络技术,全温补偿方法,解决传感器温漂等问题,实现0.04%F.S.精度,与飞机现有后端大气数据系统融合,开展用户机载试用,,促进我国航空嵌入式大气数据系统技术、隐身技术和光纤传感技术的发展。

英文摘要: The atmospheric pressure is one of the most important flight parameters, whose precision directly related to the safety of the flight and flight performance. The development of the technology of modern advanced fighter has high mobility, high stealth property, big Mach number. At present, the vibration cylinder pressure sensor’s metal structure and volume can’t reduce the radar wave reflection effectively and goes against the embedded layout, so we desperately need to research an atmospheric pressure monitor, which has the characteristics such as stealth, small size, high precision and high stability. Optical fiber sensor contains no metal composition and has a good stealth property, which is suitable for the fighter plane. The project based on the previous studies, and we will develop with independent intellectual property rights and research the aircraft atmospheric pressure Monitor instrument by Fiber optic sensor array which is suitable for the plane. Our project will be combined with optical fiber technology and micro processing technology in order to develop a new high precision optical fiber sensing head and break the bottleneck of the stability.
