中文摘要: 基于静/动态实验、高速图像处理和电镜技术等宏、细观观测手段,观察压电元件与被控结构间的界面裂纹起裂和扩展特征,提出反映裂纹前缘细观损伤特征的跨尺度损伤模型,并建立相应的起裂和扩展准则;发展研究复合材料智能结构的界面损伤起裂、扩展和失效分析的多场耦合有限元方法,通过典型复合材料智能结构分析,讨论压电智能复合材料相物理与几何、粘弹性界面层强度对界面裂纹起裂、扩展特征和控制行为劣化的影响。在此基础上,通过数值仿真分析和小型压电智能复合材料结构的试验研究相结合的方法,建立压电智能复合材料工程结构的界面破坏和失效行为分析的虚拟实验系统,为大型复杂压电智能复合材料工程结构的虚拟设计和实验系统提供依据,并对该类结构的失效防范提出意见,具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。

英文摘要: Based on static/dynamic experiments, high-speed image processing,electron microscopy and other macro or micro method,to observe the crack onset and growth between the piezoelectric and composite interface, and then to develop the damage model charactering the crack front damage behavior. According to the corresponding failure criteria for crack onset and growth, to develop multi-field coupled finite element method for the failure analysis of the piezoelectric composite structures. for some typical piezoelectric composite structures, the effects of physics, geometry, viscoelastic interfacial layer strength on the interface crack onset and growth behavior, and the fuctional failure characteristics of control will be investigated. Based on the above damage theories, numerical models and experimental methods, to establish an virtual experiment system for the interface failure analysis of piezoelectric composite structures, by which, the large and complex piezoelectric intelligent virtual composite engineering structures can be simulated, the fundamental failure information obtained will be useful for the designers of such structures.
