中文摘要: 以离子液体为溶剂,水为凝固剂,研究纤维素、聚丙烯腈等的溶液纺丝成形机理。在离子液体的相关热力学参数尚不明确的情况下,首先假定成形过程是相分离与相转变竞争的结果,全面研究聚合物/离子液体/水三元体系的相平衡以及固化成形过程中溶剂离子液体和凝固剂水对聚合物相转变的影响,特别是充分考虑成形过程中由于动力学因素的变化所引起的相结构变化,准确阐述以离子液体为溶剂的聚合物纺丝成形机理,为成形动力学的研究以及工艺条件的设计提供有效的理论基础,有效预测成形过程中纤维结构和性能的变化。

英文摘要: The spinning formation mechanism of cellulose and PAN fibers with ionic liquids as solvent and water as coagulant were investigated. We assumed that the formation process as a result from the phase separation competed with phase transition, although the related thermodynamic variable of ionic liquids is unclearly. Then, discussing the phase equilibrium of polymer/ionic liquids/water ternary system, and the effect of solvent (ionic liquids) and coagulant (water) on the polymer phase transition during the coagulation process. Especially the change of phase structure which resulted from the change of thermodynamic factors during the coagulation process has given full consideration. The spinning formation mechanism of polymer fibers with ionic liquids as solvent was accurately explicated. This provides the theoretical basis for studying of formation dynamic and design of technology, and this can also effective forecast the changes of structure and mechanical properties of fibers during the formation process.
