中文摘要: 钌配合物催化的不饱和醛酮的选择性均相加氢反应是合成高附加值化学品的重要方法。针对传统中性金属-配体双功能钌配合物均相催化剂难以制备且结构多样性受限、其中辅助性-NH配体的引入和调变较难控制、无法分离和循环使用的问题,本项目首次提出在咪唑鎓离子液体柔性载体上嫁接 金属-配体双功能Ru(0,II,III)配合物的全新合成方法和固载策略,以构建几何结构明确、容易制备、催化性能高效的离子型金属-配体双功能Ru(0,II,III)配合物,并利用离子液体的载持作用同步解决该双功能催化剂的分离和循环使用,实现不饱和醛酮的高效清洁加氢;突破传统叔膦配体构建双功能Ru(II)配合物催化剂的困难和范围,建立便捷有效的合成双功能Ru配合物的方法;并拓展新型离子型金属-配体双功能+3价Ru(III)配合物的合成和催化应用研究。

英文摘要: Hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes/ketones with excellent carbonyl selectivity catalyzed by ruthenium complexes is one of the most important reactions for the synthesis of high-valued fine chemicals. The disadvantages of traditional bifunctional ruthenium complexes containing -NH assiting ligands for catalytic hydrogenation, including the tough preparation, limitation to tailor structures and compositons, inflexible introduction of -NH assisting ligands, and unavailable recyclability, inspire us to explore a new methodology for preparation of the bifunctional ruthenium complexes containing -NH ligands through purposely incorporating them into the imidazolium-based ionic liquids. The developed ionic bifunctional ruthenium complexes containing -NH ligands herein are featured with structure and composition diversity, facile synthesis, improved catalytic efficiency for hydrogenation, and the recycling uses as catalysts. Hence, in this study, the strategy of functionalization of ionic liquids by the bifunctional ruthenium complexes not only simplifies the synthesis and heterogenization of such bifunctional catalysts for clean and efficient hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes/ketones, but also open a window for the preparations and catalysis of the ionic Ru(III)-complexes with valance state of +3.
