中文摘要: 中国具有大量的肝病病人,他们中很大一部分会发展为肝纤维化,而重度肝纤维化会导致肝硬化乃至肝癌。这些人需要方便准确的肝纤维化诊断方法用于病情诊断及治疗评估。弹性成像通过检测肝脏弹性从而评估肝脏纤维化程度,目前已经应用于临床。由于肝组织除了弹性还具有粘性,因此粘弹性的研究将能够更真实的反映肝组织属性,从而有助于肝纤维化的准确诊断。 本项目依托研究小组在超声弹性成像、组织定征方面的多年研究基础,以及实验平台,研究基于动态瞬时响应检测肝组织粘弹性的方法。研究内容包括:根据肝脏组织结构和组成特点,建立肝组织粘弹性参数模型;根据肝组织对瞬时振动激励的动态响应,利用系统辨识方法计算肝脏粘弹性参数;采集慢性肝病病人对瞬时激励的动态响应数据,并与病理结果进行对比分析,从而对建立的方法进行评估。 研究成果将提供一种新的肝组织粘弹性测量方法和手段,有望为慢性肝病肝纤维化程度评估提供新的诊断信息。

英文摘要: There are large amount of patients with hepatic disease in China. With the development of the disease, big part of them will have hepatofibrosis, some even cirrhosis or cancer. They require a convenient and accurate method to determine the extent of hepatofibrosis for purpose of diagnosis or treatment evaluation. Elasticity imaging, providing the stiffness of hepatic tissues, has been used to assess the hepatofibrosis in clinic. Hepatic tissue owns viscosity beside elasticity. So research on viscoelasticity will provide new property of hepatic tissue, and may support the accurate diagnosis of hepatofibrosis. Grounding on decades' research on elasticity imaging and tissue characterization of our group, as well as the hardware of the laboratory, the project focuses on research on viscoelasticity of hepatic tissue based on its dynamic transient response. The research includes the following work: establishing the viscoelasticity model of hepatic tissue based on its structure and composition; calculating the parameters of viscoelasticity model from the dynamic response of hepatic tissue due to transient excitation; evaluating the method using the in-vivo data of patients from chronic liver disease, with the pathological results as the reference.
