中文摘要: 围绕玻璃荧光板高效发光的制约因素,开展玻璃基体与商业黄、红色LED荧光粉之间匹配结合机理的研究。具体工作包括:制备与荧光粉折射率匹配、具有低熔融温度的前驱玻璃,探明玻璃组分与熔融温度、折射率和可见光透过率的关系;采用玻璃丝网印刷工艺制备出镶嵌黄、红色荧光粉的透明玻璃荧光板,研究其在不同制备条件下的显微结构与发光性能;建立前驱玻璃组分、荧光粉层显微结构和荧光板发光性能三者之间的最佳组合。本项目的成功实施将为有效提升玻璃荧光板的发光性能及批量化制备工艺奠定理论与技术基础。

英文摘要: This project aims to ascertain the match mechanism between commercial yellow, red LED phosphors and glass matrix, while focusing on the restriction factor to efficient luminescence of glass phosphor plates. The concrete research includes: preparing precursor glass with matching refractive index and low melting temperature, ascertaining the relationship between glass components and melting temperature, refractive index and visible light transmittance; preparing both yellow and red phosphors embeded transparent glass phosphor plates via glass screen printing process, discussing their microstructure and luminescent properties under different preparation conditions; optimizing the relationship of precursor glass components, luminescent layer’s microstructure and luminescent properties of glass phosphor plates. The implementation of this project will provide a theoretical and technical foundation for effectively enhancing the luminescent properties and mass production of glass phosphor plates.
