中文摘要: 建筑工人的频繁职业流动会诱发一系列行业问题。与其他行业不同,我国建筑业劳动力市场极不完善,社会关系成为寻求市场信息、降低交易成本的主要渠道。传统劳动力职业流动的相关理论不适用于我国建筑业。本课题将在中国情景下,以嵌入理论为研究视角,以主体建模为研究范式,同时从经济博弈和社会关系两方面研究建筑工人的职业流动对行业和项目的影响机制及相应的治理对策。首先,对建筑工人职业流动的现状及发生机制进行实证研究。其次,建立能反映演化博弈过程、动态社会关系网络以及建筑业生产模式的多智能体系统。再次,基于该系统进行仿真实验,研究职业流动对工人技术水平、用工成本、契约关系和社会关系等影响的演化机制。最后通过仿真实验验证治理对策的有效性。本课题将丰富劳动力职业流动的研究方法,拓展其在建筑业的应用,为稳定建筑工人队伍、规范建筑业劳动力市场、改善建筑业劳务层的雇佣关系、保持建筑业持续健康发展提供科学的决策支持。

英文摘要: Frequent occupational mobility of construction worker will cause a sequence of industrial problems. Different from other industries, construction labor market in China is imperfect, thus social relationship becomes the main method of seeking for market information and reducing transaction cost. For this reason, the related traditional occupational mobility theories no longer suit construction industry in China. This research will be using Embeddedness Theory and Agent-based Modeling as research paradigm based on China situation. From the two aspects of economical gaming and social relationship , this research will study on the influence mechanism and related governance strategies of construction worker's occupational mobility from the view of industry as well as project. First of all, empirical study will be applied to analyze the current situation and mechanism of construction worker's occupational mobility . Then, a multi-agent system will be built in order to reflect the evolutional gaming process, dynamic social network and the production pattern of construction industry. Afterwards, simulation experiments will be done on the system, so as to analyze the evolutionary mechanism of occupational mobility's impact on worker skill, labor cost, contract relationship and social relationship. Finally, the governance strategies' efficiency will be evaluated by simulation. This research will enrich the research method of labor occupational mobility, and expand the theory's application to construction industry. It will also provide scientific decision support for stabilizing construction work team, regularizing the construction labor market, improving the employment relationship of work force, and keeping construction industry's sustainable and healthy development.
