中文摘要: 随着高性能计算机和电荷耦合元件(charge-coupled device, CCD)的飞速发展,相移干涉术作为一种精密的相位测量技术,已经被广泛应用于光学无损检测中。特别是对可采用任意相移值、变步长的广义相移技术,已成为国内外活跃开展的一个重要研究领域。本项目拟开展如下几个方面的研究:(1)对采用任意未知相移量的广义相移干涉术进行系统的理论与实验研究,建立一套包括相移盲取、波前重建、误差评定与校正的理论体系;(2)改进和优化两步广义相移算法,开展双波长相移数字全息干涉术的理论和实验研究;(3)基于相移条纹投影轮廓术,探索能够实现动态三维重建和流水建模的新方法;(4)研究能够解决密钥管理与分发难题的光学公钥密码体质,发展新型的光学信息隐藏系统,并进行相关的光学实验和软件开发。本项目的研究成果将会大大推进广义相移理论的应用。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of high-performance computer and charge-coupled device (CCD), as a precise phase measurement technique, phase-shifting interferometry (PSI) has been widely used in optical nondestructive testing. The generalized phase-shifting technique with arbitrary phase steps has been particularly demonstrated to be an important field extensively studied. The studies of this project include following aspects: (1) We will study the theory and applications of generalized phase-shifting interferometry with arbitrary phase steps, and set up a theory system, including blind extraction of phase shift, wavefront reconstruction, error evaluation and correction, etc. (2) We will modify and optimize generalized two-step phase-shifting algorithms, and study the theory and the experiments of dual-wavelength phase-shifting digital holographic interferometry. (3) Based on phase-shifting projected fringe profilometry, we will explore the novel methods which can realize dynamic three-dimensional reconstruction and pipelined three-dimensional modeling. (4) We will study the optical public-key cryptosystem which can solve the problem of key management and distribution, and develop the novel optical information hiding system, in addition, the optical experiments and software developments will be made.
