中文摘要: 基于光耦合探测(OCD)的显微CT在亚微米分辨率的检测中有着广泛而重要的应用需求,如数字岩芯、电子封装、复合材料的内部检测和成像等。目前国内外OCD的显微CT成像算法仍基于传统的成像模型,使得高分辨成像效率较低,限制了设备的推广应用。本项目拟从OCD显微CT的成像机理出发,研究新的成像数学最优化模型,设计快速稳定的求解算法,揭示成像关键元件与分辨率和成像效率的关系,从理论和技术上为成像系统优化提供依据,从而提高OCD显微CT高分辨成像的效率。本项目研究成果将用于我国微纳米X射线显微CT设备研制,促进我国显微CT成像理论和应用发展。

英文摘要: OCD-based micro-CT system is urgently demanded and widely used in the detection with sub-micron resolution, such as the interior detection and imaging of core samples, electronic packaging, composite material, and so on. So far, the domestic and foreign imaging algorithm of OCD-based micro-CT still depends on the conventional imaging model, which reduces the imaging efficiency with high-resolution and influences the widespread use of the equipment. This scientific research project bases on the imaging principle of the OCD-based micro-CT and studies the corresponding mathematical optimization model. By designing the fast and stable algorithm, the relationship of the key component of imaging, the resolution and the efficiency is revealed. This accounts for the improvement of the imaging system theoretically and technologically and leads to the efficiency promotion of the high-resolution imaging of the OCD-based micro-CT. The achievements of this research project will be employed to the development of our country’s Nano-CT equipment and advance the development of our imaging theory and practical application of the micro-CT system.
