中文摘要: 利用高炉熔渣余热通过矿相重构直接纤维化生产矿渣棉等绝热保温材料,既克服了制约矿渣棉生产规模受熔炼能耗所限难以大型化的技术难题,又解决了高层建筑因防火等级提高而无机建筑保温材料难以供应的市场难题。本项目将重点研究制约高炉熔渣直接纤维化及其粘结成型的多项关键科学理论问题,主要内容包括:(1)纤维化液态高炉渣的矿相重构机理研究;(2)液态高炉渣纤维化机理研究;(3)矿渣纤维粘结成型机理研究;(4)液态高炉渣直接纤维化热量补偿机理。通过本项目研究,将彻底解决熔渣直接纤维化及其成型的瓶颈性科学理论问题:(1)成份重构对液态高炉渣成纤性能、矿相组成及显微结构的影响机理;(2)液态高炉渣纤维化方法对矿渣纤维性能、矿相组成及微观结构的影响机理;(3)矿渣纤维粘结成型机理对矿渣纤维板性能的影响规律;(4)液态高炉渣纤维冷却过程换热规律。通过本项目研究将为液态高炉渣直接纤维化的工业化生产提供理论及技术支撑。

英文摘要: Making use of the waste heat of the blast furnace molten slag product insulating material such as slag wool, which pass the mineralogical reconstruction direct fibrosis. The research overcome the technical problem of restricting slag wool production scale to large, which is limited of the energy consumption by melting, and solve the market problem that heat insulating material of inorganic building is difficult to supply for the enhance of fire prevention level of high-rise building. The project will focus on multiple key scientific theories which restrict blast furnace slag direct fibrosis and bonding shape. The main contents include:(1)The mineral phase reconstruction mechanism research of the fibrosis liquid blast furnace slag.(2)The mechanism research of the fibrosis liquid blast furnace slag. (3)The slag fiber bond forming mechanism. (4)The heat compensate mechanism of direct fibrosis of the liquid blast furnace slag.
