中文摘要: 随着非线性光学材料在光电子、通信及军事领域日益增加的应用需求,如何设计合成性能优异的新型非线性光学材料成为当前研究热点。基于阴离子基团理论,结构中含有平行排列的π共轭BO3基元时,易获得好的倍频效应和双折射率性质。前期申请人将碱金属引入镁硼酸盐体系,获得了三种含孤立B-O基元新化合物,但结构中B-O大聚合度及非共平面的排列方式导致材料的非线性光学性质不佳。本项目将基于碱金属镁硼酸盐体系,采用高温熔液法,探索合适的助熔剂,以π共轭平面BO3基元为切入点,选择配位数小、与氧键合强的镁离子抑制B-O基团聚合;同时引入金属性强、半径差异大的碱金属离子调控结构。通过调节阳离子类型及配比,筛选含有BO3基元化合物,揭示阳离子对B-O聚合度及BO3基元组装方式的影响规律;分析材料电子结构特征,阐明结构功能基元与材料线性及非线性光学性质的关系,丰富硼酸盐体系化合物,为材料结构设计和可控合成提供理论借鉴。

英文摘要: With the increasing demands of nonlinear optical (NLO) materials in the field of photoelectron, communication and military, how to design and synthesize novel NLO materials with excellent properties are research hotspot. Based on the anionic basic unit theory, if the π-conjugation planar basic unit (BO3) in borates adopt coplanar arrangement, the compounds may generate good second harmonic generation effect and proper birefringent properties. Recently, three new alkli-metal magnesium borate contain isolated B-O groups, but the large B-O polymerization and unfavorable arrangement lead to a bad NLO property.Hence, This project will investigate the influence of variation of cations on BO3 arrangements and structure symmetry based on the alkali-metal magnesuim borate system; designing and synthesis new optoelectronic materials, screening the compounds containing π-conjugation planar basic unit, explaining the assemble mechanism of the basic unit; analysing the electronic structure and explain the influence mechanism of functional structure units to SHG effect and birefringence; enriching the compounds of borate system to promote the structure designing and controllable synthesizing of new optoelectronic materials.
