中文摘要: 大规模MIMO技术利用大量的基站天线达到了前所未有的频谱效率和系统容量,被广泛认为是第五代移动通信(5G)的标志性支撑技术。然而大规模MIMO系统中基于上行训练的信道获取模式容易受到多用户间重用导频的干扰,也容易遭到恶意用户发动的导频攻击。这使其性能的发挥受到严重的制约,并造成信息传输中的安全隐患。本项目针对5G发展需求,研究大规模 MIMO系统中的可靠传输理论与关键技术。具体的,本项目拟从三个主要方面展开工作:1)研究基于智慧的导频分配策略以及高性能信道估计方法的大规模MIMO信道获取方式;2)研究使用分布式空-时编码,以增强大规模MIMO下行链路中预编码抵抗导频污染的能力;3)研究存在恶意用户攻击导频信号的情况下,大规模MIMO系统上、下行信息的可靠传输。本项目将力求在以上三个方面取得理论突破和技术创新,对我国5G技术的发展和积累起到积极的作用。

英文摘要: The large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technique employs an enormous amount of base station antennas to serve a much smaller number of users, providing unprecedented improvements in spectral efficiency and throughput. It is widely recognized as one of the key enablers for the fifth generation (5G) communication system. The acquisition of the channel state information (CSI) is based on the uplink training which can be contaminated by the inter-cell interference, and is vulnerable subject to the deliberate attacks from eavesdroppers. The pilot contamination phenomenon constitutes the bottleneck for the system performance, and is the potential breach of the information security. This project plans to research the theory and key technologies of reliable transmission in the large-scale MIMO systems. In particular, the project will be carried out in three aspects: 1) the research on the reliable CSI acquisition methods through smart pilot allocation and advanced channel estimation techniques; 2) the research on the mitigation of pilot contamination interference through distributed space-time coding; 3) research on the reliable uplink/downlink information transmission in presence of pilot contamination attack from active eavesdroppers. The project strives to achieve theoretical breakthrough and technical innovations in the aforementioned three aspects, so as to contribute to the research and development of the 5G techniques in China.
