中文摘要: 研究太阳能电池的光电转换性能,是光伏产业的重要研究课题之一。本项目从太阳能电池的光伏组件的衬底表面结构着手,利用光伏组件的等效电路模型,探求在入射角度随时间而变化的光照作用下,结合温度场的耦合作用,不同的光伏组件的衬底表面结构对太阳能电池的电学性能和能量转换性能的影响机理;提出全时测量太阳能电池性能的方法,利用该方法准确地表征在实际工作环境下的太阳能电池的真实性能,不仅为太阳能电池测试技术提供创新理论和测试基础,而且对太阳能电池未来用于并网发电,寻求最佳的光伏组件结构。因此本项目的研究不仅能够丰富太阳能电池的测试理论和方法,具有学术研究价值,而且对太阳能电池未来并网发电有着实际应用价值。

英文摘要: The study on photoelectrical conversion performance of solar cell is an importance research subject of photovoltaic industry. Aiming at the substrate surface configuration of solar PV module, by use of the equivalent circuit model of the PV module, the research project seeks for the effect mechanism on electrical characteristics and energy conversion performance of solar cell by different substrate surface of PV module under the solar irradiation whose incident angle is time-dependent, combined with temperature field. The project also presents a method of all-time measuring solar cell performance. By means of this method, solar cell real performance under the actual environment can be represented. The research project not only can provide solar cell testing technology with innovated theory, but also search optimal configuration of PV module which is suitable for grid-connected photovoltaic generator in the future. Consequently, the present project has the value of academic research due to broaden the measurement theory, and of actual application to grid-connected photovoltaic generator in the future.
