中文摘要: 独立于位置指纹的WiFi室内基因测序定位算法研究,秉承了高效、可靠和泛在通信的理念,并同时满足在多源信息融合与复杂环境数据挖掘过程中,系统对用户位置和运动信息的实时性需求。然而,传统WiFi位置指纹法的建立开销、参考点布置的冗余性和盲目性,以及用户运动特征的不确定性,严重影响了个性化位置服务与位置信息管理的效率。本项目将以基因测序位置跟踪算法为研究基础,旨在如何实现WiFi无线网络环境下,基于多用户随机测序定位信息获取、表达与重构,并在无监督和独立于位置指纹辅助条件下,自适应地构建真实物理环境向信号分布转移空间的匹配映射。此外,根据基因测序定位技术的特点,提出定位熵精度增益、信号基因谱聚类测序、Kullback-Leibler差异匹配和Allen行为时间逻辑等数学理论。最终目标是给出一种高效、高精度的WiFi位置跟踪和路径重构算法。最后,通过理论研究与仿真实验,证明本项目技术路线的可行性。

英文摘要: The gene sequencing-based WiFi indoor localization algorithm without location fingerprinting is with the idea of the green, high-efficient and reliable communications. Meanwhile, the requirement of users' real-time locations and motion activities in the complex multi-source information fusion, data mining and understanding conditions will also be satisfied. However, the cumbersome work for the fingerprints' calibration, the redundant deployment of access points (APs) and uncertainty of users' motion characteristics significantly restrict the efficiency of the individual location-based services and location information management. Therefore, based on the gene sequencing-based tracking algorithm, the purpose of this project is to adaptively construct the mapping relations from the real physical environment to signal distribution space with the help of individual signal extraction, representation and reconstruction without the supervision and location fingerprinting. Moreover, by the characteristics of gene sequencing-based localization, the accuracy gain from position entropy, spectral clustering-based signal sequencing, Kullback-Leibler divergence for cluster matching and Allen's temporal logic are also signficantly discussed.
