中文摘要: 利用光学超振荡现象实现不依赖于近场倏逝波贡献的远场亚波长聚焦及超分辨成像是2009年以来引起科学界广泛关注的国际前沿热点研究课题,目前亟待解决超振荡环带片(Super-oscillatory Annular Plate,SAP)亚波长聚焦矢量电磁理论机理揭示及探测机制建立难题。本项目研究基于矢量角谱理论和严格电磁场数值分析算法(时域有限差分法),将建立SAP微结构亚波长聚焦的通用、快速、矢量优化设计方法和SAP微结构严格电磁场分析计算模型,并利用共焦轴向光学层析纳米定位原理,实现光学超振荡亚波长聚焦的实验探测,通过理论与实验比较研究,深刻揭示光学超振荡亚波长聚焦的矢量机理及其本质。本项目研究在远场超分辨光学纳米显微成像、高深宽比微纳光刻、微观粒子操纵、高密度光学数据存储、近场光学等领域具有重要的科学价值和广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Since 2009, far-field subwavelength focusing and super-resolution imaging via optical superoscillation phenomenon without near-field evanescent waves has attracted wide attentions from the scientific community and becomes one international frontier research topic. Currently, two problems in this field are in urgent need to be solved: first, the mechanism explanation of vectorial electromagnetic theory of super-oscillatory annular plate (SAP); second, the realization of experimental detection mechanism. The research of this project is based on vectorial angular spectrum theory and rigorous electromagnetic numerical analysis algorithm (i.e. Finite Difference Time Domain, FDTD). It aims to establish a versatile, fast, vectorial optimization method for designing subwavelength focusing SAP. A rigorous electromagnetic analysis and computation model for SAP is to be built. Experimental detection study of the subwavelength focusing patterns by optical superoscillation is to be carried out using the confocal axial sectioning nano-positioning principle. It will profoundly disclose the vectorial mechanism and fundamental process of the subwavelength focusing by optical superoscillation through theoretical and experimental comparisons. The study of this project has important scientific value and wide application prospect in far-field super-resolution optical nanoscopy, high aspect ratio micro-/nanolithography, microscopic particle manipulation, high density optical data storage, near-field optics, etc.
