中文摘要: 基于申请者前期在医用血管支架的结构优化设计、扩张过程非线性有限元分析以及实验测试等方面的前期工作基础,综合比较国内外血管支架力学性能分析的理论和实验成果,开展医用血管支架介入耦合系统力学行为优化与测试方法研究,将基础理论研究和测试装置研制有机结合,为高性能血管支架的研制提供一个综合性的研究思路,并达到实用化的综合性能指标水平。具体而言:①#23558;球囊、支架和血管作为一个非线性耦合系统,研究描述血管支架介入耦合系统的弹塑性大变形基本理论和数值模拟方法,为设计高性能的医用血管支架提供理论基础;②#30740;究建立描述支架介入耦合系统在介入过程中涉及的输送、扩张和抗压性等人工神经网络模型,建立基于多目标优化策略的支架介入过程力学行为优化模型,并提供相应的求解分析工具;③#30740;究开发通用型多功能血管支架力学性能测试装置,实现对支架介入过程涉及的柔顺性、扩张性、抗压性等力学行为的综合测量与分析。

英文摘要: Principle Investigator's previous work focuses on the optimization design of vascular stent structure, nonlinear finite element analysis of expansion and measurement of experiments. This research will start with studying the current status of art of the mechanical behavior and experimental instrument designs of stent. Then, this research will study the mechanical behavior optimization and measurement approaches of the stent coupling system. A compositive research strategy is available to study and manufacture the vascular stent with excellent mechanical properties. And practical compositive property level can be achieved. Specifically, ①alloon, stent and vascular are regarded as a nonlinear coupling system. The large deformation elastoplastic constitutive equation and numerical simulation of coupling system are studied to provide a theory basis for designing vascular stent with excellent properties. ②n artificial neural network model that describes the transportation, expansion and anti-compression of sent coupling system in the interposition process is established. Optimization model of mechanical behaviors in the interposition process based on multi-objective optimization strategy is established and relative solution and analysis tool is supplied. ③ultifunction measurement equipment of vascular stent mechanical properties is exploited. Thus, mechanical properties including flexibility, expansion and anti-compression in stent interposition process can be measured and analyzed.
