中文摘要: 全球变暖加剧和国家越来越严的碳排放管制激励很多企业主动协作减排,特别是在零担物流领域。然而对于当前零担物流协作减排的创新,学术界现有的管理理论和方法有限,仍有许多亟待解决和探索的问题,影响了减排的有效性和企业的积极性。本项目从成本分配的角度,解决零担物流网络中各方如何共享碳排放责任,从而以更低的成本实现有效的减排。本项目基于协作减排实践提出了碳减排约束下零担物流协作运输优化的新问题。研究将在近似求解这一NP-难问题基础上,利用问题的特性和近似算法设计如下三种情形的协作机制:(1)承运方和发货方之间减排责任共享机制;(2)完全信息条件下发货方之间合作博弈成本分配机制;(3)不完全信息条件下发货方之间激励相容成本分配机制。这三种机制设计的原则是计算复杂性低,目标是提高整体效率,要求是保证协作的公平性。本项目的研究可以为企业实现有效的协作减排提供实用的管理方法,并为国家的减排政策提供建议。

英文摘要: To respond to the intensifying global warming threat and increasingly strict carbon emissions regulations by governments, many firms voluntarily collaborate to reduce their responsible emissions, especially in less-than-truckload (LTL) logistics. However, for firms’ current innovations in collaborative carbon reduction, managerial methodologies from academic researchers are limited at the moment, and many issues are urgently needed to be resolved, which undermine the effect of reduction initiatives and firms’ incentives. This project adopts cost allocation perspective to resolve the carbon responsibility sharing problems in LTL logistics network, for the goal of realizing effective reduction with less cost. Based on firms’ practices in collaborative carbon reduction, a new collaborative LTL transportation problem subject to a carbon reduction constraint is proposed. Through approximately solving this NP-hard problem, this project utilizes the problem characteristics and approximation algorithms to design the following three collaboration mechanisms: (1) the responsibility sharing schemes for carrier-shipper collaborative carbon reduction; (2) the cooperative cost allocation schemes for shippers’ collaborative carbon reduction under complete information; and (3) the incentive-compatible cost sharing mechanisms under incomplete information. For the design of these mechanisms, the principle is low computational complexity, the goal is to improve system efficiency, and the requirement is to ensure fairness in collaboration. This project’s study can provide firms with practical managerial methods for collaborative carbon reduction, and also propose suggestions for the government to make policies.
