中文摘要: 面向受限水域船舶交通组织与管理智能化需求,以船舶交通的安全、有序、高效为目标,系统研究具有自组织、自适应特点的协同式船舶交通调度理论与方法。项目研究将紧扣受限水域船舶交通运行特征、船舶航行限制和约束条件特点,创新性地探索交通流演化过程与交通拥塞度变化之间的响应机理、外在干扰与交通协同调度模式之间的耦合效应等因素,兼顾局部冲突避免和整体效益最优,从受限水域船舶交通演化特征分析及拥塞度建模、基于多Agent协同理论的船舶交通自组织调度机制、外部干扰条件下的船舶交通调度自适应调整策略等三个方面开展工作,系统形成受限水域船舶交通协同调度理论与方法。实验研究方面,将通过自行开发的船舶交通流仿真实验平台和离散事件仿真软件Arena对提出的理论、方法、模型和算法进行验证性研究。项目研究对突破船舶交通智能化发展中的制约瓶颈、创新传统船舶交通管理模式、拓展海事保障学科研究领域等方面具有重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: With the need of intellectualization of ship traffic organization and management in confined waters, theories and methods for self-organized and self-adaptive cooperative ship traffic scheduling are studied systematically in this project to maintain the safety, the orderliness and high efficiency of ship traffic. With close relation to both the characteristics of the ship traffic in confined waters and the limitations and constraints of ship navigation, this research attempts to explore innovatively the influential mechanism between ship traffic evolution and congestion, the coupling between external disturbance and cooperative ship traffic scheduling and so on. In consideration of both local conflict avoidance and premium global efficiency, tasks concerning the congestion coeficient modeling, ship traffic self-organized and coordinated scheduling based on multi-agent theory, and adaptive scheduling adjustment strategy respectivly will be carried out to formulate systematically the theories and methods for ship traffic coordinative scheduling. With regard to experiment, a self-developed experimental platform of ship traffic simulation and Arena, a software of discrete-event simulation, will be employed to verify the proposed theories, methods, models and algorithms. Potentially, the research results will be of great significance in breaking through the bottleneck in the development of the intellectualization of ship traffic, innovating the mode of the traditional ship traffic management, and extending the disciplinary research area of maritime safety.
