中文摘要: 工程系统运行过程的优化调控必须依赖对过程特性的准确描述,但其运行过程的整体行为受系统内不同时、空尺度物质转化过程和多层次结构的影响,呈现时变、非线性、强耦合、多定态等复杂特征,其过程模型化面临极大挑战。本项目将针对化工过程存在的原料多变、机理复杂、产品特性多样等多重建模复杂性,以乙烯及其聚烯烃产品生产过程为典型对象,开展共性建模理论和方法的研究,包括:融合反应与传质过程机理的多尺度建模、基于数据/知识与机理的工业过程混合智能建模、工业过程能量与质量耦合梯级利用的耦合建模以及面向全流程整体性能指标的模型评估与协调修正方法等,通过建立能够准确表征工业过程实际运行特性的模型,揭示系统整体运行状态与物质转化过程的高效、节能、减排的关联关系,为工程系统的设计、调控与运行优化提供可靠模型基础。

英文摘要: Optimal control for engineering systems must rely on the accurate description of the process characteristics. Since the overall behavior of the systems is affected by the material transformation on the different time and space scale together with hierarchical structure, it shows complex features such as time-varying, nonlinearity, strongly coupled, multiple steady states and etc., which brings great challenges to modeling. The project will study on the common modeling theory and methods dealing with the problem of multiple modeling complexities, such as varying raw materials, complex mechanism, diverse product features, which will take ethylene and polyolefin production process as typical objects for study. The main research points are reaction and mass transfer mechanism integrated multi-scale modeling, data/knowledge and mechanism based hybrid intelligent modeling of industry process, energy and mass coupled and orderly utilized modeling, and the overall performance oriented plant-wide model assessment and correction method. Via establishing the accurate model which can well characterized the actual industry process, the relationship between high efficiency, energy saving, emission reduction of the mass transformation process and the overall system operation state is revealed, which provide the reliable model basis for the design, regulation and operation optimization of of engineering systems.
