中文摘要: 多铁性磁电薄膜材料在传感器、换能器、新型存储器中具有广泛的应用前景,现已成为一个热点研究方向。本项目主要就Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3(PMN-PT)和La0.7Sr0.3-xCaxMnO3(LSCMO)组成的层状结构磁电复合薄膜的制备、结构和性能展开研究。首先采用溶胶-凝胶法制备(100)、(111)和(110)三种不同织构PMN-PT铁电薄膜。随后,在不同织构PMN-PT薄膜上生长不同厚度的LSCMO铁磁薄膜。优化工艺获得优质磁电复合薄膜,探索LSCMO/PMN-PT复合结构中的磁电效应。研究铁电层织构性和铁磁层厚度对复合薄膜磁电耦合性能的影响;探讨LSCMO/PMN-PT复合薄膜的磁电响应机制;在获得综合磁电性能优异复合薄膜的基础上,设计磁电存储微型器件,研究复合薄膜在电场调控下矫顽场、磁畴、电阻发生改变的逆磁电效应,探讨此新型磁电存储器件应用的可能性及存在的问题。

英文摘要: Multiferroic magnetoelectric (ME) thin films materials have become hot topic due to their significant potential applications in transducers, sensors, and new-type memories. The project focused on the preparation, microstructures and properties of the composite thin films made up of ferroelectric Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3(PMN-PT) and ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3-xCaxMnO3(LSCMO). Firstly, The PMN-PT film with (100), (111) and (110) textures are prepared by sol-gel spin-coating method. Secondly, LSCMO thin films with different thicknesses are fabricated on the different textured PMN-PT layers using the sol-gel technique. The excellent ME composite thin films will be obtained through the process of optimality, and the ME effect of composites will be explored. Influence of textures and film thicknesses on ME coupling properties of composite thin films will be researched. The ME response mechanism of the LSCMO/PMN-PT composite thin films will be investigated. The ME memory devices will be designed using the excellent ME coupling properties in LSCMO/PMN-PT composite system. The electric-field controlled switching of the magnetic coercive field, magnetic domain, and resistance (i.e., converse ME effect) will be investigated, the possibility and problem of application in new-type ME memory devices will be also discussed.
