中文摘要: 高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)在国防工业与武器装备中有广泛的应用,其不同组分之间的界面问题对理解混合炸药的物性、安全性、爆轰延迟现象、非理想爆轰现象和非冲击起爆现象具有重要意义。本项目研究PBX炸药内部界面的动力学、热力学和热分解反应行为,建立耦合力学、热学和化学反应的界面动力学模型,提出PBX炸药对不同时间尺度、不同加载强度下外界刺激产生的内部物理化学响应,为现代高能钝感炸药的安全性和爆轰性能预测提供理论基础。主要研究内容分为以下四部分:首先完善PBX炸药的界面原子势库;其次研究界面的热传导、热耗散、强冲击效应和热分解反应问题;然后在界面研究的基础上建立PBX炸药总体热力学性能、蠕变效应和热分解行为的物理模型;最后提出炸药耦合物理、力学和化学行为的热点形成机制及起爆机理。本项目从界面出发理解复杂PBX炸药系统的物理化学行为及耦合机制,为新型含能材料的设计与安全使用服务。

英文摘要: The plastic bonded explosive (PBX) is widely used in military engineering and weapons. Its interface problem is the key issue to understand the property, safety, detonation delay, non-ideal detonation and non-shock initiation phenomena of mixture explosive. In this project, we study the dynamics, thermodynamics and reaction dynamics of interfaces inside PBX. A theoretical model is developed to describe the mechanics-physics-chemistry coupling behaviors of interfaces, and is used to understand the physical/chemical response of PBX at external loading in different strengths and time scales. Based on the scientific research, we build theoretical basis to predict the safety and performance of high energy explosives. The main work consists of four parts. First, we complete the interatomic potential database for interfaces inside PBX. And then, we study the thermal conduction, heat dissipation, shock dynamics and reaction dynamics behaviors at interfaces. Next, we build physical models to describe the thermodynamics, creep and reaction dynamics of PBX system. At last, we investigate the coupling of mechanical, physical and chemical processes, find the hot spot formation mechanism and initial detonation mechanism. The results are helpful for the design and safety application of energetic materials.
