中文摘要: 星载定标黑体的温度量值无法在轨溯源是制约热红外遥感在轨定标水平的瓶颈问题。本研究基于ITS-90国际温标基准传递技术,致力于建立国际温标与星载温度传感器的量值溯源方法。研究针对可应用于星载温度标准器的镓和铟微型相变固定点,利用质子辐照加速器,模拟该温度标准器受到宇宙射线的影响,利用热力学、金属熔化凝固及扩散基本理论和正电子湮没谱学等表征手段,开展质子辐照缺陷对镓和铟在近零二元系统中非平衡相变机理的研究,探索质子辐照强度对相变固定点热环境、熔化凝固速率以及热历史等热力学性质的影响,采用正电子湮没谱学表征质子辐照产生的缺陷损伤,研究与相变固定点温坪形状和过冷度的影响关系,为相变固定点应用于星载温度标准的可行性提供重要的理论和实验支撑,使不同卫星的红外遥感量值合并成为一个长期的观测数据集,满足气候变化观测对测量精度和长期稳定性的严苛要求。

英文摘要: The temperature value of the spaceborne calibration blackbody cannot on-orbit traceability which is the bottleneck problem of the on-orbit calibration of the thermal infrared remote sensing. This study is committed to establishing 1990 international temperature scale (ITS-90) and spaceborne traceability method for the temperature sensor of the blackbody based on the ITS-90 primary standard transmission technique. In this study, the gallium and indium as the potential materials of the phase change fixed points (PCFP) are irridiated by proton irradiation accelerator for simulating the temperature standard is affected by the cosmic rays, used the thermodynamics basic theory, the metal melting, solidification and diffusion and the positron annihilation spectroscopy characterization methods, researched on the proton irradiation defects of gallium and indium in the non equilibrium phase transition mechanism, explorated the influence of proton irradiation intensity to the PCFP thermodynamic properties, such as the thermal environment, the rate of the melting and solidification, the thermal history,the proton irradiation damage defects characterizated by the positron annihilation spectroscopy, researched the relationship between the PCFP temperature platform and the supercooling degree. In a word, all the results will be the important theory and experiment evidence as the on-orbit temperature standard, making different satellites thermal infrared remote sensing value into a long term observation data sets, meeting the stringent requirements of the climate change observation on the measureing accuracy and long-term stability.
