中文摘要: 在现代舰船、飞行器等尺寸有限的平台上,如何构建众多不同工作频段的多功能前端系统,并极大地改善系统的体积、重量、功耗和性能,是极富挑战性的基础研究课题,也是多功能前端发展中急需解决的重要课题。本项目旨在探索多功能前端中的核心电路─多功能本振的工作机理及其特性问题,包括:用多功能本振的非线性数学模型、频谱特性同注入锁定理论相结合的方法来探讨其工作机理并进一步研究其特性参量间的内在关系;用电路理论、数学分析同这类本振自身工作特性相融合的方法来探索其谐波调控原理;探寻适合这类本振数值模拟且与现有模拟软件兼容的高效快速模拟方法并进行验证;通过X/Ka频段多功能本振原型电路进行原理性实验研究和论证,最终确定这类本振的一般特性及其非线性原理,为多功能前端系统中的本振电路提供必要的理论依据、定量化的研究方法、高效的设计方法和经过原理性实验验证的若干电路拓扑,同时也为多功能前端中的其他电路提供一种分析方法。

英文摘要: On space-limited platforms such as modern naval ships, aerocrafts and so on, how to develop a multifunctional front-end system with many different operation frequency bands is a very challenging fundamental research topic. It is also an important topic needed urgently to be resovled in developing multifunctional front ends with greatly-improved system volume, weight, power dissipation and performance. Purposes of this project are to study a key circuit of the multifunctional front end, namely, studying the operation mechanisms and its characteristics of the multifunctional local oscillator (LO). The research involes: studying the operation mechanisms by combining a nonlinear mathematical model and spectrum characteristics of the multifunctional LO as well as injection-locked theories. Based on this, inherent relationships among characteristic parameters are further discussed. Harmonic controlling principles are studied by incorporating circuit theories, mathematical analyses and operation characteristics of the multifunctional LO itself. Meanwhile, high efficient and fast simulation method that is not only suitable for numerical simulation of the multifunctional LO but also compatible with existing simulators is studied and validated.
