中文摘要: Ka频段卫星通信是目前军事强国研究的热点,关键是如何解决好雨衰减。通过研究Ka频段雨衰的产生机理与已有雨衰模型,利用雨衰数据间的相关性,期望建立一种计算量小、易于工程化的新雨衰预测模型;基于OFDM调制解调、Turbo编译码及自适应技术,期望建立一种可靠性高、传输速率大、省功率、超宽带的Ka频段卫星通信传输新体制(ATC-OFDM系统),通过与现有卫星通信中调制编码等方式相比较,对在多模自适应单一和综合参数影响下ATC-OFDM系统中的关键技术进行研究,期望得出自适应参数单独和综合影响下ATC-OFDM系统BER、系统吞吐量、传输效率等随参数变化的特性与结论;构建ATC-OFDM系统收发实验平台,验证提出的具体技术方法与相应的算法。该课题的研究对实现高速、可靠、经济的宽带Ka频段卫星通信系统及未来我军Ka军事卫星信息平台的建设具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Ka band satellite communications is the great concerns of primary military superpowers in the world . However,a crucial problem in Ka band is how to resolve the problems induced by rain attenuation. In this project,taking advantage of the auto-correlation character of rain attenuation data , a new rain attenuation prediction model which enjoys simple calculation and easy realization would be present,through analysing the mechanism and the classical prediction models of rain attenuation. A new ATC-OFDM system for Ka band satellite communication combined merits of high reliability , high speed and low power would be set up,which incorporates Turbo coding, OFDM and adaptive technologies .Through comparing with the existing modulation coding, with the influence of single or complex parameters in multi-mode adaptive techniques ,the key techniques of the ATC-OFDM system would be investigated , the performance of the system BER ,system throughput and transmission efficiency are expected when the parameters vary. As for the retrofit design, the transceiver experiment platform of the ATC-OFDM system would be built , and verification would be performed on the proposed specific technical instructions and the corresponding algorithm.
