中文摘要: 设计合成功能化的具有类蜂巢六边形结构的二维有机框架物、具有类金刚烷型结构的三维有机框架物多孔材料;引入2, 2'-联吡啶、手性联苯酚及手性双膦等功能化基团;利用配位作用,将Pd(II)、Ti(IV)、Ru(II)等过渡金属离子负载在这些功能化的二维、三维共价有机框架物中;将得到的这些复合催化体系用于有机合成中,如:COFs材料负载Pd(II)对烯烃的Wacker 催化氧化反应;手性联苯酚功能化的COFs负载Ti(IV)材料催化Zn(Et)2对芳香醛的不对称加成反应;手性双膦功能化的COFs负载Pd(II)、Ru(II)等催化体系对潜手性羰基、潜手性烯胺(RR'-C=N)、潜手性烯烃(RR'-C=C)等的不对称氢化反应。本项目研究将功能化COFs材料系统地用于催化有机合成特别是不对称合成,有非常重要的学术意义和广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: We plan to design,synthesize and characterize a series of novel honey-combed two dimensional or diamond-like three dimensional covalent organic frrameworks containing 2,2'-bipyridine, chiral biphenol or bis-phosphine functionalized groups. These porous materials will be employed to support transitional metal ions such as Pd(II), Ti(IV), and Ru(II) species via coordination. The composite materials will be applied as the heterogeneous catalysts for the reactions such as Wacker oxidation of alkenes(arenes) to aldehydes, asymmetrical addition of Et2Zn to aromatic aldehydes, asymmetrical hydrogenations of prochiral alkenes(arenes) or imines, asymmtrical hydrogenations of prochiral ketones, unsaturated acids and esters, and enol esters. It is of great significance to apply the functionalized covalent organic frameworks in the heterogeneous catalysis, especially in the symmetric catalysis.
