中文摘要: 本项目研究镍合金镀层表面微纳结构的形成机理。采用计时电流、原子力显微镜、电化学等方法,探讨逐步成核和瞬时成核两种不同成核方式的决定因素及内在相关性,揭示镍合金电沉积过程当中镀层的成核机理及生长过程。并利用外加化学沉积、优化工艺参数等方法,诱导镀层成核过程以逐步成核为主,通过控制镀层的生长速度、取向等,大面积可控制备具有微纳表面结构的镀层。这种镀层具有较好的强度,在超疏水、减阻降噪、防污、油水分离等领域有着潜在的应用前景。项目旨在为电沉积方法制备具有微纳米结构的表面涂层提供理论支持,为拓展电沉积镀层的应用领域提供参考。

英文摘要: In this program, the formation mechanism of surface micro-nao morphology of Ni alloy coatings will be investigated. Two kinds of mechanisms of nucleation, instantaneous nucleation and progressive nucleation, will be studied via electrochemical polarization, AFM, and chronoamperometry. The influence factors of nucleation mechanism and their relationship will be discussed. The chemical deposition will be introduced to promote the domination of progressive nucleation, so as to obtain large area nano-structural surface coatings. This coating may exhibit high strength, and have potential applications in the fields of self-cleaning, drag and noise reduction, super hydrophobic surface, and separation of oil-water mixtures. The aims of this program are to provide some theoretical supports for synthesizing nano-structural surface by electrodeposition and to offer some information for expanding the application fields of electrodeposition.
