中文摘要: 设计制备新型聚合物纳米复合材料及其应用一直是高分子材料的重要研究方向。本项目将通过熔融共混法制备聚丙烯/石墨烯/金属催化剂纳米复合材料,探索石墨烯与金属催化剂组合对该高分子纳米复合材料的碳化反应和阻燃性能的影响,并阐明机理。进一步调节成碳催化剂的组成,探索制备不同形貌结构的石墨烯-碳纳米管纳米复合材料及其含金属的三元杂化材料,研究石墨烯-碳纳米管-金属杂化体系组成和微观形态对対其作为锂离子电池负极材料和超级电容器电极材料的性能影响,建立高效、快速制备纳米碳材料的新方法。上述工作的开展对于聚合物纳米复合材料及其碳化反应的研究具有重要的学术价值。

英文摘要: Design and application of new types of polymer nanocomposite is still one of the most important hot topics in polymer research. In this project, polypropylene/graphene/metal catalyst nanocomposites will be prepared through melting mixing method. Based on this polypropylene/graphene/metal catalyst nanocomposites, the flame retardancy properties of this mateirals will be fully studied. The effects of graphene and metal catalyst for the carbonization of polypropylene, flame retardancy properties and mechanism for the carbonization process will be also explored. Through controlling the catalyst added to the polypropylen/graphene mixture, different types of graphene-carbon nanotube nanocomposite containing different metals will be selectively fabricated. The graphene-carbon nanotube nanocomposite used as electrodes will be also evaluated. The aforementioned method will produce nanocarbon materials in short time and efficiently. The obtained resutls will be valuable to polymer nanocomposites and carbonization.
