中文摘要: 近年来月面软着陆与巡视勘察、月球采样返回和建立月球永久性基地等探测计划,月球探测数据处理、应用与综合研究,特别是高精度月面遥感制图等迫切需要建立统一、标准的高精度月球地理基准,以规范月球探测数据的使用。近年几次月球探测任务,特别是美国月球勘探者号、我国嫦娥一号及嫦娥二号,获取了丰富的探测数据,实现了对全月高精度的全球性与综合性勘察探测。这些数据在间分辨率、数据质量、数据一致性和完整性等方面与历史数据相比有了显著的提高。本项目将针对现有探测数据空间位置存在明显不一致性与较大误差的现状,及现有月球大地控制网的缺陷,充分挖掘这三种平台探测数据的互补优势,引入月面激光反射器高精度地基观测数据,深入探索多平台、多传感器数据联合处理的途径,研究建立高精度月球大地控制网和多尺度月面基础影像库的方法,选择典型实验区对之进行精度验证与可行性论证,以期其对我国未来月球与行星探测的科学探索提供研究思路与技术支撑

英文摘要: In recent years, an uniform, standard and high-precision geographic reference is urgently needed for lunar exploration programs including soft landing and rover investigation on the lunar surface, lunar sample returning, permanent lunar base building, and processing, application or comprehensive research for exploring data, especially high-precision remote sensing mapping. It will be a base for lunar exploring data. Recent lunar missions, such as Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter project, Chang'E-1 project and Chang'E-2 project, have returned abundance data and realized an integrated global exploration for the moon. In comparison with historical exploring data, these data are greatly improved in terms of spatial resolution, data quality, consistency and integrality. There are obvious inconsistency and large errors among existing lunar exploring data from different missions, and there are many defects for existing lunar control networks. In this work, we will make good use of the superiority of data from the three platforms, and the lunar laser ranging(LLR) data from ground station will be introduced into our work.
