中文摘要: 一维、二维并环多烯是一类具有独特理化性质的有机半导体材料,其设计、合成方法本身具有很重要的研究地位。本项目设计、合成出一系列基于并环多烯(全碳原子或含杂原子)的有机半导体材料;研究这些材料的物理性能、电化学性能和分子堆积-组装行为;应用这些材料以溶液法制作有机场效应晶体管器件,并揭示材料组成结构、聚集态行为对晶体管器件性能的影响;获得具有溶解性好、稳定性好、开关比高等综合性能良好的晶体管器件材料。这类具有平面型多环芳烃的材料的开发在有机合成方面有助于提供更多的有机半导体材料合成设计思路及反应方法;同时,将有助于解决目前溶液法制作的有机场效应晶体管迁移率偏低、开关偏低、工作电压高等问题;加快有机半导体工业化、商业化进程。因此,本项目的研发不仅在有机电子学上有重大的理论意义,而且在应用上同样具有广阔的市场前景。

英文摘要: 1D/2D polyacene(heteroacene) are a class of organic semiconductor materials with unique physical and chemical properties. The acene chemistry including design and synthesis method attracts very extensive research from industry and academic institution. In this proposal, a series of organic semiconductors based on polyacenes was designed and being studied. Their physical properties, electrochemical properties and molecular packing - assembly behavior would be studied. Hence, their application in solution processed organic field-effect transistors will be studied to enveil the intrinsic relatioinship among material-aggregation behavior-device performance.The most important is to get materials with high mobility, high on/off ratio and high stability. The proposed research on synthesis will also offer new methods to material development. Therefore, this project is not only of great theoretical significance in the organic electronics but also of great commercial prospects.
