中文摘要: 目前缺乏综合性能优异的白光LED用红光荧光粉。稀土掺杂的硅氮化合物以[SiN4]或 [(Si,Al)(N,O)4]四面体为骨架,可形成丰富多变的结构类型,以及结构中可容纳多种阳离子形成复杂的固溶体,这为稀土离子发光中心提供了多样化的配位环境,可有效降低稀土离子最低5d能级,相应的激发和发射光谱红移。本项目旨在以CaAlSiN3和Sr2Si5N8结构基础上构筑的复杂固溶体为研究对象,系统研究不同晶体学位置可容纳的元素的种类和含量,以及对稀土配位环境和发光性能的影响。研究金属间化合物作为原料制备硅氮化物的中间反应过程,以及烧结工艺对氮化物晶粒生长的影响规律;协同组分和结构的研究,弄清制备工艺、组分和结构与发光性能的关系,调控源于稀土离子fd跃迁的激发和发射能量位置以及发光效率,满足白光LED用荧光材料的需要。

英文摘要: It is currently needed to develop novel red phosphors for white LEDs. Rare-earth-doped silicon-nitrides have rich structures based on [SiN4] or [(Si,Al)(N,O)4]tetrahedra, which can accommodate various cations and form complicated solid-solutions. These structures can adjust 5d energy levels of rear-earth ions and luminescent features. The research activities are mainly conducted on a study on crystal chemistry and luminescence properties of rare-earth-doped solid-solutions derived from CaAlSiN3 and Sr2Si5N8, as well as their fabrications by the alloy-nitridation method using intermetallic compounds as starting materials. The effects of doping in different crystallographic sites and the experimental conditions on the crystalline environments, excitation/emission band positions and luminescence efficiency will be systematically studied. The research purpose is to develop new phosphor for white LEDs.
