中文摘要: 本项目旨在从网络科学的视角研究通信网络的传输性能。在申请人的前期工作中,提出了节点使用概率的概念以有效刻画通信网络中的流量分布。本项目拟基于节点使用概率对通信网络性能进行分析和优化。项目将结合通信网络实证数据和实际通信运行设定,对通信网络中的数据传输过程进行建模;然后,通过理论分析和仿真评估研究通信网络的传输机制,并深入探索网络结构、路由策略、通信模式、资源分配方案等因素对通信网络性能的影响;最后,基于节点使用概率概念,从网络结构调整、路由策略设计、通信模式设计等方面提出有效实现流量均衡并提高整体网络性能的设计策略。本项目有助于加深理解通信网络的传输机制,并为实际通信网络的设计和优化提供理论依据和方法指导。

英文摘要: This project aims to study the transmission performance of communication network from a network science perspective. In our previous work, we introduce the node usage probability as an effective metric for characterizing the traffic load distribution. In this project, communication network performance is analyzed and optimized based on the concept of node usage probability. The data transmission in the communication network is modelled by incorporating the empirical data and realistic operation settings of real communication networks. Then, the transmission mechanism of communication networks is analyzed through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, the purpose being to further explore the impact of network structure, routing strategy, communication pattern and resource allocation on the communication network performance. Finally, based on the concept of node usage probability, effective network design strategies, including network structure adjustment, routing algorithm design and communication pattern design, can be developed to maintain balanced traffic loads in the network and improve the overall network performance. This project can help to improve the understanding of the transmission mechanism in communication network, and provide important insights for design and optimization of realistic communication networks.
