中文摘要: 针对中药质量控制方法学研究领域的关键科技难题,围绕如何构建符合中医药特点的中药质量评价方法,以多靶活性评价与定量指纹图谱信息融合为突破口,提出改进现行的以化学标志物为核心的中药质控模式,聚焦于构建基于多靶蛋白芯片的中药质检方法,为创建能得到国际认可的中药质量控制方法学探索新路,这不仅具有显著的科学价值,而且对于中成药产品走向国际具有重要的现实意义。据此,本申请选择三叶糖脂清为研究载体,着重研究针对治疗代谢综合症中成药的纸基多靶蛋白芯片,探索发展形成以“生物+化学”标志物及指纹图谱检测为核心的中药质量控制模式。

英文摘要: The development of quality evaluation methods in line with the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics is one of the key technological problems in the quality control methodology of TCM. The existing quality control mode mainly based on chemical markers is suggested to be improved using the information fusion of multi-target activity evaluation and quantitative fingerprint. This program focuses on developing TCM quality control methods based on multi-target protein chips. It will provide a new method to realize an internationally recognized TCM quality control methodology and thus has a significant scientific value. It also has important practical value for the internationalization of TCM products. Accordingly, this program will take Sanyetangzhiqing as a sample drug. This program will focus on the paper-based multi-target protein chips for the TCMs used in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. This program will also try to develop and form a new TCM control mode based on “biological + chemical” markers and fingerprints.
