中文摘要: 苯并菲啶生物碱是一类具有显著抗癌活性的天然物质,但分子结构的相似性使得传统的分离方法成本高、效率低,因此开发新的规模化制备方法很有必要。由于浮选技术是一种兼具分离、富集特点,可快速、大量分离目标成分的工业方法;而表面分子印迹磁性聚合物微球(CMMIPMs)作为一种新型材料,在分离化学结构与性质相似的天然物质时具有明显的优势,因此结合二者优点的CMMIPMs浮选磁分离技术特别适合于中药材中微量活性成分的分离纯化,但该技术目前仍处于探索阶段。本项目致力于研究CMMIPMs浮选磁分离方法的理论与应用中的若干问题。首先探讨CMMIPMs与模板分子的作用机理,其次建构CMMIPMs浮选分离过程的传质模型,阐明CMMIPMs与模板分子间的动态吸附机理与传质过程特点。第三研究浮选磁分离体系中各种界面上的物理化学作用对浮选参数的影响机制,为CMMIPMs浮选磁分离设备的设计、放大和过程强化提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Benzophenanthrene alkaloids are a kind of natural active component with lower content and obvious anti-cancer activity in medicinal plants. Due to the similarities in molecular structure of some of natural active compounds, the conventional separation process has some disadvantages such as high cost, low efficiency. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop an effective method for the production of alkaloids in commercial scale. Flotation, as a concentration and separation technology, can be used in industrial process for the rapid separation of target ingredients in large scale. Meanwhile, core-shell magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres (CMMIPMs), as a new separation material,have remarkable advantages in separating natural active compounds with similar molecular structure and chemical properties. Therefore, the magnetic separation technology based on CMMIPMs and flotation is particularly suited to the separation,concentration and purification of trace active components from chinese herbs. Until now, this technology is still at the initation stage. The project focuses on the theory and application of flotation based on CMMIPMs. Fristly, the interaction mechanism between CMMIPMs and template molecule will be investigated.
