中文摘要: 本课题主要研究含氧化镍和纳米氧化钙复合催化剂微球颗粒的制备和用于甲烷蒸汽重整制氢的吸附强化作用的基础研究。在复合催化剂的制备方法、重整催化反应特性和二氧化碳吸附特性方面做重点研究,并对吸附强化作用的机理和动力学做深入的研究。完成了复合催化剂制备方法和表征的研究;二氧化碳吸附特性的测试,二氧化碳分解特性的测试,吸附强化制氢反应特性和复合剂微球颗粒磨损性能的研究。对优选的复合剂进行工艺条件的优化研究,在优化工艺条件范围内,对复合催化剂重整制氢反应机理和动力学进行了研究。研究结果对指导复合剂的工业制备以及工业应用有重要意义。研究成果发表了SCI论文五篇,国内重点期刊两篇,申请中国发明专利四项,项目负责人参加国际会议三次。指导培养六名硕士研究生和一名博士研究生。

英文摘要: A studied on a preparation of micro-sphere sorption complex catalyst which contain NiO and CaO, and evaluation in reactive sorption Enhanced reforming (ReSER) for hydrogen production has been reported. Mainly, the study focused on the preparation method, the characteristics of steam methane reforming and CO2 adsorption, and the mechanism and kinetics of the sorption enhanced reforming. The studies finished the complex catalyst preparation and characteristic methods; the test of the CO2 adsorption and decomposition features; the sorption enhanced reforming reaction features, and the attrition properties of the complex catalyst. The studies including the complex catalyst operation condition optimization, the sorption mechanism and the kinetics of steam methane reforming have been studied. The researches have a significant for a guide of commercially preparation of the complex catalyst and industrial application. The research results have been published five SCI journal papers and two domestic important journal papers. Also the research results registered four invent patents in China. As supported by project, the member of project attended three times international meeting. Six Master degree students and one Ph. D. candidates graduated.
