中文摘要: 传统微藻油脂提取技术存在藻细胞干燥能耗高及有机溶剂用量大、毒性大等缺点,导致油脂提取成本过高,并易造成环境污染,已成为制约微藻生物柴油产业化的主要瓶颈之一。本项目在前期工作基础上,拟采用离子液体辅助的亚临界水作为萃取剂,进行直接从微藻湿藻细胞提取油脂过程及控制机理的研究。通过比较不同种类的离子液体、不同的操作条件对于亚临界水从微藻湿藻细胞中油脂提取效果的影响,分别从宏观和微观的角度探讨油脂提取过程中的提取机理,并重点分析离子液体在油脂提取过程中的作用机制,确定提取过程的限速环节,最终建立适合于该体系的油脂提取动力学模型,为离子液体辅助亚临界水从微藻湿藻细胞提取油脂的工艺优化和工业化应用提供科学依据,从而降低利用微藻生产生物柴油的成本,促进微藻生物柴油产业化的发展。

英文摘要: Traditional lipids extraction methods could produce some problems such as high energy consumption of drying microalgae biomass and a large amount of toxic organic solvents etc., which caused high cost of lipids extraction and environment pollution, and has been one of the main bottlenecks constrainting microalgae biodiesel industrialization. This proposal is motivated by previous work to detect the mechanism of ionic liquids assisted subcritical water extraction and its application feasibilty from wet microalgae cells.The influences of ionic liquids types, composition and extraction conditions on microalgae lipid recovery rates will be investigated. the morphes of microalgae cell before and after extraction will be analysized from both macro and micro views. The extraction kinetics will also be studied in order to determine the limited step. It is hoped that this project can provide more information to help understanding of such aqueous extraction assisted by ionic liquids and to promote the setup of the lipid oil extraction technology from wet algal cells cost-effectively.
