中文摘要: 利用冶金渣制备微晶玻璃等高性能陶瓷材料是一种高附加值利用方式,受到了研究人员的普遍关注。课题组拟在前期研究的基础上就冶金渣制备微晶玻璃过程中的若干关键基础问题开展研究:(1)利用DSC、XRD、SEM等手段分析研究冶金渣烧制微晶玻璃的热处理制度,摸清热处理参数对冶金渣微晶玻璃制备过程的影响机制;(2)通过分析晶核剂在冶金渣制备微晶玻璃过程中的微观行为,得到不同晶核剂对微晶玻璃基础性能的影响规律;(3)采用X射线衍射、电子探针-能谱分析等方法研究升温速率、玻璃基体、晶相组成对玻璃析晶性能的影响,充实冶金渣制备微晶玻璃的析晶动力学;(4)通过DTA、UV-VIS等方法研究着色剂对微晶玻璃的着色行为,分析其对玻璃析晶性能的影响,为定向制备彩色冶金渣微晶玻璃奠定基础。项目的研究可充实冶金渣制备微晶玻璃的理论基础和研究方法,为探索大宗量利用冶金渣制备陶瓷材料提供指导。

英文摘要: It is a high value-added application to prepare glass-ceramics and other high-performance ceramic materials by use of metallurgical slag, which is concerned by the relevant researchers. On the basis of preliminary studies, the group intends to research on several key scientific problems of preparation glass-ceramics with metallurgical slag as follow. (1) By means of DSC, XRD and SEM , study the heat treatment system for metallurgical slag preparing glass-ceramic, to find out the mechanism of heat treatment parameters on the glass-ceramic preparation process. (2)Through the analysis of the microscopic behavior of the nucleating agent in the process of metallurgical slag preparing glass-ceramic, the effect of different nucleating agents on the basis of properties of glass-ceramic is to be gotten. (3)With the X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe-spectrum analysis methods, study the influence of heating rate, glass substrate and crystalline phase composition on the glass crystallization performance to enrich the crystallization kinetics of preparation of Glass with metallurgical slag. (4)Test the coloring behavior of colorants for glass-ceramics by use of the DTA, UV-VIS and other methods, to analyze their impact on the performance of glass crystallization, which can lay the foundation for directed preparation of
